Fresh Thai Tea and how to make it

About Thai Tea

Thai tea is a variant of tea from Thailand's white elephant country which is now worldwide. In the 1980s, traders from China distributed tea that became the raw material for Thai Tea, namely Cha Yen Tea which is black tea or black tea, but because the price was soaring, Cha Yen was then replaced with steeping Ceylon tea, black tea is very thick scented which come from Sri Lanka.

The selected tea can not be careless because the steeping tea must have a sharp aroma and a very strong taste of black tea. Therefore, it is not surprising that Cha Yen or Ceylon were chosen.

Not only the steeping black tea, but Thai Tea also will not be complete if it is not equipped with other ingredients, such as spices, such as sweet and sour, as well as orange food coloring, the distinctive color of Thai Tea itself. The orange color was originally from the coloring tablets, not from the steeping tea! To be sweeter and more creamy, this spice-rich tea is then combined with condensed milk, sugar, evaporated milk, or coconut milk. Not only that, but ice cubes also become an important element that makes Thai Tea the belle of thirst.
